NO ALCOHOL ALLOWED though. Police WILL check & rummage through your cooler.
Its Peaceful. Tranquility at it's finest. A place to get Quality Time with your significant other or enjoy a Picnic with your Family and Friends. My Go to Place.
Nice family place. It's REALLY cool that there's a huge grassy area to post up for gatherings & eating separated from the sandy beach area. Shower stations in between as well. A pier, bait shop/convenience store also on site.
Its a great beach and park the kids did not want to leave. My only issue is they only allow umbrellas no canopy tents.
Nice place to relax on the sand. I heard it’s gets really busy but I havnt seen it yet. You can only swim out about 15ft from the shore because this park has a lot of fishing Piers (that you have to pay to get on) so I wouldn’t recommend going if you’re looking to swim in the water and go deep. I like to go to sit in the sand so it works for me. I’d rather drive 20min here than 45min to Galveston.
Gorgeous beach to visit. I always see police patrolling the area so I feel safe. The pier is a pay to walk one, but it's worth it to fish.
